I started to get tired of the same things to eat every day, so I had to get creative. First I tried to look up HCG Diet recipes online, but they all had more ingredients then I’m allowed and some that aren’t allowed. I’m not sure why they have these but…whatever.
Last night it was snowing and cold so I decided to make a soup. I grilled my chicken and boiled some water. I added a tomato, green chile, garlic, onion and salt to the water and let it boil. While that was happening I cut the chicken into small chunks then added it to the other ingredients. It was SOOOO GOOD! I didn’t even feel like I was limited or even on a diet!
Today I decided I wanted to try Cabbage. I have never been a big fan of cabbage but I wanted to try it. I diced the cabbage and threw my chicken on the grill. I added some water to a nonstick pan and put in my cabbage. Then I diced an apple and added it to the cabbage. I let them steam while my chicken finished cooking. I diced up the chicken and added it on top of the cabbage and apple in a bowl. It was pretty good, but I am still not a big fan of cabbage. I want to try it with whole onion next time.
Tonight I am going to try a pork loin burger. I am going to grind up the raw pork and add seasonings then I want to shape it into one or two small patties. I will eat it on lettuce with a slice of tomato…mmmmm lol
I am thinking of coming up with a recipe book of all the interesting things I am eating now so others can use it.
I went to get more of my injections and weigh in. It was an awesome feeling seeing how much I have lost, even on their scale.
Well I am going to start that “recipe book”…
