Today wasn’t as bad as yesterday. I stayed home, sick, and it kind of made it easier since I was sleeping most of the day. I am beginning to think my “hunger” is from my stomach getting use to my constant snacking. There is no reason I should be hungry since there is food in my stomach, just not as much and not as frequently.
My sweet tooth is still bugging me in the evenings, and it’s difficult since my mom always keeps “goodies” around the house. I couldn’t eat my strawberries today since I had a tomato with lunch so I had a stick of sugar free gum and it worked!!
I have also been reading “Inches and Pounds” by Dr. Simeons, the creator of this diet. It’s so interesting and makes so much sense.
I am going to cut this one short today since I am still not feeling 100%, but I am looking forward to standing on that scale tomorrow morning! Good night!
