Day 1-Here we go!

Today was the first day of the hCG injections. I went to the Dr. where they weighed and measured me, then showed me how to do it myself. I didn't even feel it!! Today and tomorrow will be easy since I eat normally. I planned out my meal for the rest of this week and next...I need to get creative with the few ingredients I have... spices are key.
